Description
The CXF series of Magnetic Levitation Wind Turbine undergoes a continuous improvement process, which incorporates exterior design, utility design, electrical engineering, dynamic engineering, power mechanics, aviation air engineering, wind tunnel testing, lightening protection, computer simulation techniques and other multiple subjects.
The 1KW Magnetic Levitation Wind Turbine was exhibited in Husum Wind Energy Exhibition in 2012. Visitors were surprised by the turning heavy wind turbine which was blowed by a fan. The magnetic levitation technology is firstly applied to wind turbine, and the theory is just like maglev train. There's no friction, no gear inside the alternator. Breeze can start up it. The unique wind turbine is with following design benefits:
1, Lighting Arrester: On the top of wind turbine, you can see a ball that we called Lighting Arrester. It can keep the outdoor system safe from the thunder and lightning during the raining days or storm weather.
2, Blades: Three blades material is Aluminum Alloyed and with "DACROMAT" technical treatment. The design is similar to Aircraft Wings. One side is thicker and the other side is thinner. Also they are in highly conformance so that can balance the wind turbine.
3, Wind Cone: The Wind Cone is a suction device. The Material is also Aluminum Alloyed and with Anti-Oxidation Treatment. The red and blue color decorated wind cone, makes the wind turbine special beautiful and also protect the flying from been hurt.
4, Alternator: The maglev wind generator's most important part. Adopt with Magnet Levitation Technology, no mechanic friction, silent and easy rotating.
5, Breaker: The mechanic breaker at the alternator allows you the third way to break our maglev wind turbine.
